Introducing Everett Christopher Alfred

Just about an hour or so old after we got to snuggle for a while. 

Everett was born on October 28th 2010 at 9:11pm.  He was 8lbs, and 19 3/4 inches long, just an itty bitty peanut!  He came very quickly but everything went well and we are both doing perfectly.

We were home from the hospital  the next morning to meet his very proud big sister.  She LOVES him like nothing I've seen before and is showering him with TONS of hugs and kisses.  He is nursing great and has already exceeded his birth weight (Fridays weight - 8lbs 9oz).

Our first home visit with our midwife about 18 hours after he was born.  Hannah is helping Janessa do Everett's check up.

A VERY proud big sister!

I will be writing my birth story within the next couple of days and have it posted here right away!  I'm sorry I haven't been online much.  We have just been soaking in the joy of our little family.  It's been fantastic so far!
